Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Terms

  • Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
  • Moderate Notice: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
  • Short Notice:Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and packages offered by Mysore Travelo are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Promotional or discounted packages
  • Special event tickets
  • Custom itineraries and packages created on special request

Group Bookings

For group bookings, the cancellation terms may vary depending on the size of the group and the nature of the package. Group bookings usually require a longer notice period for cancellations to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Third-Party Services

If your travel package includes services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, airlines, or activity providers), their cancellation policies will apply. Mysore Travelo will assist in coordinating with these vendors, but we are not responsible for their specific cancellation terms.

Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Processing Time:Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the cancellation request is approved.
  • Mode of Refund:Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for booking. In the case of cash payments, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or a cheque.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the services or itinerary is canceled, a partial refund will be issued. The amount will be calculated based on the cost of the canceled services and the applicable cancellation fees.

No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up for the scheduled tour or service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. This policy is strictly enforced to manage resources effectively and to ensure availability for other customers.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), Mysore Travelo will work to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule the tour. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the feasibility of rescheduling and the policies of third-party service providers.

Health-Related Cancellations

If a customer needs to cancel a booking due to medical reasons, Mysore Travelo may request a medical certificate. Refunds for health-related cancellations will be considered based on the individual case and the timing of the cancellation request.
